นโยบายการยกเลิก คืนสินค้า และคืนเงิน
บริษัท อิสเทิร์น โปรดิวซ์ แอนด์ เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด (“บริษัท”) กำหนดนโยบายการยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ การคืนสินค้า และการคืนเงิน สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อผ่านเว็บไซต์ eastern-produce.com ดังนี้
1. การยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อ
- ท่านสามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้โดยไม่มีค่าธรรมเนียม หากสินค้ายังไม่ถูกจัดส่งออกจากคลังสินค้า โดยติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้า โทร 033-166-599 หรืออีเมล sales@eastern-produce.com (วันจันทร์–ศุกร์ 08:00–17:00 น.)
- กรณีชำระเงินแล้วและยกเลิกก่อนการจัดส่ง บริษัทจะคืนเงินเต็มจำนวน
- กรณีสินค้าถูกจัดส่งออกจากคลังแล้ว จะไม่สามารถยกเลิกคำสั่งซื้อได้ แต่ท่านยังสามารถใช้สิทธิ์คืนสินค้าตามข้อ 2 ของนโยบายนี้
2. เงื่อนไขการคืนสินค้า
- ท่านสามารถขอคืนสินค้าได้ภายใน 7 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับสินค้า
- สินค้าที่คืนต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์: ไม่ผ่านการใช้งาน ตราผนึก (Seal) ไม่ถูกเปิด ฉลากสินค้าครบถ้วนไม่ฉีกขาด และอยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์เดิม
- สินค้าเคมีภัณฑ์ที่ตราผนึกถูกเปิดหรือถูกเปิดใช้งานแล้ว ไม่สามารถคืนได้ในทุกกรณี เว้นแต่เป็นสินค้าที่มีความบกพร่องจากการผลิต ทั้งนี้เพื่อความปลอดภัยและการควบคุมคุณภาพของสินค้าเคมีภัณฑ์
- สินค้าบางรายการที่ระบุว่า “ไม่รับคืน” บนหน้าสินค้า ไม่อยู่ในเงื่อนไขนโยบายนี้
3. กรณีสินค้าเสียหายจากการขนส่ง
- กรุณาตรวจสอบสภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์และจำนวนสินค้าก่อนลงนามรับสินค้าทุกครั้ง
- หากพบบรรจุภัณฑ์เสียหาย สินค้ารั่วซึม หรือได้รับสินค้าไม่ตรงตามคำสั่งซื้อ กรุณาบันทึกภาพถ่ายไว้เป็นหลักฐาน และแจ้งบริษัทภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง นับจากวันรับสินค้า บริษัทจะจัดส่งสินค้าทดแทนหรือคืนเงินให้โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม
4. กรณีสินค้ามีความบกพร่องจากการผลิต
- แจ้งฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าที่ sales@eastern-produce.com พร้อมระบุ เลขที่คำสั่งซื้อ ชื่อ-ที่อยู่ รายละเอียดสินค้า เหตุผลการคืน และความต้องการ (คืนเงิน หรือเปลี่ยนสินค้าใหม่)
- บริษัทจะตรวจสอบและแจ้งผลพร้อมสิทธิ์ของท่านทางอีเมลโดยเร็วที่สุด
5. ขั้นตอนการส่งคืนสินค้า
- ติดต่อฝ่ายบริการลูกค้าเพื่อแจ้งความประสงค์คืนสินค้า และรับใบคืนสินค้า
- บรรจุสินค้าในหีบห่อให้เรียบร้อยปลอดภัย พร้อมแนบใบคืนสินค้า
- ส่งคืนทางไปรษณีย์หรือขนส่งเอกชนมาที่: บริษัท อิสเทิร์น โปรดิวซ์ แอนด์ เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด 12/2 หมู่ 5 ต.เหมือง อ.เมืองชลบุรี จ.ชลบุรี 20130
- สินค้าจะถึงคลังของบริษัทโดยปกติภายใน 7–10 วัน บริษัทจะตรวจสอบสภาพสินค้าและแจ้งผลให้ท่านทราบ
- กรณีคืนสินค้าเนื่องจากความบกพร่องของสินค้าหรือความผิดพลาดของบริษัท บริษัทรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืน กรณีคืนด้วยเหตุผลอื่น ลูกค้าเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืน
- หากสินค้าที่ส่งคืนอยู่ในสภาพไม่เป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขข้อ 2 บริษัทขอสงวนสิทธิ์ไม่รับคืนและจัดส่งสินค้ากลับไปยังท่าน
6. การคืนเงิน
- บริษัทจะคืนเงินโดยไม่ล่าช้าหลังจากได้รับและตรวจสอบสินค้าคืนเรียบร้อยแล้ว
- การคืนเงินจะดำเนินการผ่านช่องทางเดียวกับที่ท่านชำระเงิน (เช่น โอนเข้าบัญชีธนาคารที่ใช้ชำระ หรือคืนวงเงินบัตร) ระยะเวลาที่เงินเข้าบัญชีขึ้นอยู่กับเงื่อนไขของธนาคารหรือผู้ให้บริการชำระเงินของท่าน

Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy

Eastern Produce and Services Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) applies the following policy to order cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed through eastern-produce.com
1. Order Cancellation
- You may cancel an order free of charge at any time before the products are dispatched from our warehouse, by contacting Customer Service at 033-166-599 or sales@eastern-produce.com (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00).
- If payment has been made and the order is cancelled before dispatch, a full refund will be issued.
- Once products have been dispatched, the order can no longer be cancelled; however, you may still return the products under Section 2 of this policy.
2. Return Conditions
- Products may be returned within 7 days of the date of receipt.
- Returned products must be in complete condition: unused, with the seal unbroken, labels intact and undamaged, and in their original packaging.
- Chemical products whose seal has been opened, or which have been used, cannot be returned in any circumstances, except in the case of manufacturing defects. This is necessary for the safety and quality control of chemical products.
- Items marked “non-returnable” on the product page are excluded from this policy.
3. Damage in Transit
- Please inspect the packaging condition and quantity before signing for receipt.
- If you find damaged packaging, product leakage, or items that do not match your order, please photograph the evidence and notify the Company within 48 hours of receipt. The Company will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
4. Manufacturing Defects
- Notify Customer Service at sales@eastern-produce.com, quoting your order number, name and address, product details, the reason for return, and your preference (refund or replacement).
- The Company will investigate and inform you of the outcome and your entitlement by email as soon as practicable.
5. Return Procedure
- Contact Customer Service to request a return and obtain a return note.
- Pack the products securely and enclose the return note.
- Send the return by post or courier to: Eastern Produce and Services Co., Ltd., 12/2 Moo 5, Mueang Sub-district, Mueang Chonburi District, Chonburi 20130, Thailand.
- Returns normally reach our warehouse within 7–10 days. The Company will inspect the products and notify you of the result.
- Where the return is due to a product defect or the Company’s error, the Company bears the return shipping cost. For returns for other reasons, the customer bears the return shipping cost.
- If returned products do not meet the conditions in Section 2, the Company reserves the right to refuse the return and send the products back to you.
6. Refunds
- Refunds are issued without undue delay after the returned products have been received and inspected.
- Refunds are made via the same channel used for payment (e.g., transfer to the paying bank account, or reversal to the card). The time for funds to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.
