นโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้า
บริษัท อิสเทิร์น โปรดิวซ์ แอนด์ เซอร์วิสเซส จำกัด (“บริษัท”) กำหนดนโยบายการจัดส่งสินค้าสำหรับคำสั่งซื้อผ่านเว็บไซต์ eastern-produce.com ดังนี้
1. ขอบเขตการให้บริการจัดส่ง
- บริษัทให้บริการจัดส่งสินค้าภายในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น สำหรับคำสั่งซื้อผ่านเว็บไซต์
- พื้นที่ให้บริการจัดส่งเป็นไปตามเครือข่ายของผู้ให้บริการขนส่งที่รองรับสินค้าเคมีภัณฑ์ หากพื้นที่ปลายทางอยู่นอกเขตให้บริการ ระบบจะไม่แสดงตัวเลือกการจัดส่งในขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ ทั้งนี้ลูกค้าในพื้นที่ดังกล่าวยังสามารถติดต่อฝ่ายขายเพื่อประสานการจัดส่งเป็นรายกรณี
- พื้นที่เกาะและพื้นที่ห่างไกลบางพื้นที่ อาจมีค่าจัดส่งเพิ่มเติมและใช้ระยะเวลาจัดส่งนานกว่าปกติ
- ลูกค้าที่ต้องการสั่งซื้อเพื่อส่งออกหรือจัดส่งต่างประเทศ กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายขายโดยตรง
2. วิธีการจัดส่ง
ลูกค้าสามารถเลือกวิธีรับสินค้าได้ 2 วิธีในขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อ
2.1 จัดส่งโดยผู้ให้บริการขนส่งเอกชน บริษัทจัดส่งสินค้าผ่านผู้ให้บริการขนส่งที่มีมาตรฐานเหมาะสมกับสินค้าเคมีภัณฑ์ โดยพิจารณาจากน้ำหนัก ขนาดบรรจุภัณฑ์ และพื้นที่ปลายทาง
2.2 รับสินค้าเองที่บริษัท (นัดหมายล่วงหน้า) ลูกค้าในพื้นที่ใกล้เคียงสามารถเลือกรับสินค้าด้วยตนเองที่คลังสินค้าของบริษัท จังหวัดชลบุรี โดยไม่มีค่าใช้จ่าย ทั้งนี้ต้องนัดหมายวันและเวลารับสินค้าล่วงหน้ากับเจ้าหน้าที่ก่อนทุกครั้ง (วันจันทร์–ศุกร์ เวลา 08:00–17:00 น.)
3. ค่าจัดส่ง
- ค่าจัดส่งคำนวณตามน้ำหนักรวมของสินค้าและพื้นที่จัดส่งปลายทาง โดยระบบจะแสดงค่าจัดส่งที่แน่นอนในหน้าตะกร้าสินค้าและหน้าชำระเงินก่อนยืนยันคำสั่งซื้อ
- สำหรับการสั่งซื้อจำนวนมาก (เต็มคันรถ / สินค้าบรรจุถัง 200 ลิตร / IBC) กรุณาติดต่อฝ่ายขายเพื่อรับเงื่อนไขการจัดส่งพิเศษ
4. ระยะเวลาจัดส่ง
บริษัทจัดส่งสินค้าภายใน 1–3 วันทำการหลังยืนยันการชำระเงิน โดยระยะเวลาขนส่งถึงปลายทางโดยประมาณ แยกตามพื้นที่ ดังนี้

ระยะเวลาดังกล่าวเป็นการประมาณการ อาจเปลี่ยนแปลงได้ตามเงื่อนไขของผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง สภาพอากาศ หรือเหตุสุดวิสัย หากเกิดความล่าช้าอย่างมีนัยสำคัญ บริษัทจะแจ้งให้ลูกค้าทราบ
5. เงื่อนไขการจัดส่งสินค้า
- สินค้าทุกรายการบรรจุในภาชนะปิดสนิทตามมาตรฐานของบริษัท พร้อมฉลากระบุชื่อสินค้าและข้อมูลความปลอดภัย
- สินค้าเคมีภัณฑ์จัดส่งทางรถยนต์เท่านั้น ไม่สามารถจัดส่งทางอากาศได้
- สินค้าบางรายการอาจมีข้อจำกัดด้านปริมาณต่อเที่ยวขนส่งตามเงื่อนไขความปลอดภัยของผู้ให้บริการขนส่ง กรณีนี้เจ้าหน้าที่จะติดต่อลูกค้าเพื่อแจ้งกำหนดการจัดส่ง
- เอกสารกำกับสินค้า (ใบส่งสินค้า และเอกสารข้อมูลความปลอดภัย SDS เมื่อร้องขอ) จะจัดส่งไปพร้อมสินค้า
6. การตรวจรับสินค้า
- กรุณาตรวจสอบสภาพภายนอกของบรรจุภัณฑ์ จำนวน และรายการสินค้าให้ถูกต้องก่อนลงนามรับสินค้า
- หากพบบรรจุภัณฑ์เสียหาย สินค้ารั่วซึม หรือรายการไม่ถูกต้อง กรุณาบันทึกภาพถ่ายไว้เป็นหลักฐาน และแจ้งบริษัทภายใน 48 ชั่วโมงนับจากวันรับสินค้า เพื่อดำเนินการตามนโยบายการยกเลิก คืนสินค้า และคืนเงิน
- การลงนามรับสินค้าโดยไม่มีข้อทักท้วง ถือว่าลูกค้าได้รับสินค้าครบถ้วนในสภาพเรียบร้อย ทั้งนี้ไม่กระทบสิทธิ์การเคลมสินค้าชำรุดจากการผลิตตามข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไขของบริษัท

Shipping Policy

Eastern Produce and Services Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) applies the following shipping policy to orders placed through eastern-produce.com
1. Service Coverage
- Online orders are delivered within Thailand only.
- Delivery coverage follows the service networks of carriers qualified to transport chemical products. Where a destination falls outside these service areas, no shipping option will appear at checkout. Customers in such areas are welcome to contact our sales team to arrange delivery on a case-by-case basis.
- Deliveries to islands and certain remote areas may incur additional charges and require longer transit times.
- For export or international orders, please contact our sales team directly.
2. Delivery Methods
Customers may choose one of two delivery options at checkout:
2.1 Delivery by private courier Products are shipped via carriers suitable for industrial chemical products, selected based on weight, packaging size, and destination.
2.2 Self-pickup at the Company (by appointment) Customers may collect their orders free of charge at our warehouse in Chonburi. Pickup date and time must be arranged with our staff in advance (Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00).
3. Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated from the total order weight and destination. The exact fee is displayed in the cart and at checkout before order confirmation.
- For bulk orders (full truckload, 200-litre drums, or IBC), please contact our sales team for special delivery arrangements.
4. Delivery Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated transit times by area:

These are estimates and may vary due to carrier conditions, weather, or force majeure. The Company will notify customers of any significant delay.
5. Product Shipping Conditions
- All products are packed in sealed containers to Company standards, labelled with product identification and safety information.
- Chemical products are transported by road only and cannot be shipped by air.
- Certain products may be subject to per-shipment quantity limits under carrier safety rules; in such cases, our staff will contact the customer to confirm the delivery schedule.
- Delivery documents (delivery note, and Safety Data Sheet upon request) accompany each shipment.
6. Receiving and Inspection
- Please inspect the external condition of the packaging, quantity, and items against your order before signing for receipt.
- If packaging damage, leakage, or discrepancies are found, please photograph the evidence and notify the Company within 48 hours of receipt, so the matter can be handled under our Cancellation, Returns and Refund Policy.
- Signing for receipt without remark constitutes acknowledgement that the goods were received complete and in good condition, without prejudice to warranty claims for manufacturing defects under the Company’s Terms and Conditions.
